The Wall Street Journal reminds us of past recounts and why they have tendency to stink. With all the “discovered ballots” and statistically improbable vote tally adjustments, I have zero faith that the actual will of the people is going to be exercised. The article has it right – when victorious politicians owe more thanks to vote-counters than voters, something is wrong with the system.
